Interesting wine full of tannin and phenolics. Notes of star fruit and Lychee, wax and honeydew melon. Low sulphur, orange wine.

Grapes were picked at 21 brix.
Production Notes
Destemmed then filled into a 500L puncheon to ferment for a few weeks. Aged on the skins for 10 months. Then the puncheon was drained of wine, put on its side to remove the head and scoop out spent grapes. Then grapes were gently pressed and all wine was sent back to puncheon to sett in barrel for 2 months.
