Press Gang Cellars fruit is hand picked, hand sorted, fermented using native yeast, and extends aging without interfering with a wines natural life. I love the "tried and true" winemaking methods. but also consider myself to be very progressive in the cellar.
I learned from the ground up, taking an internship at a local winery and Western Australia, then returning home and jumping right back in. I knew, early on, that I wanted to create something different, against the grain to represent my wines.
Press Gang Cellars is all about working hard, having fun, while doing what I love. My wife, Savanna, and I have worked hard to start this label and can't wait to share.
