Press Gang Cellars is hand picked, hand sorted, fermented using native yeast, extended aging, hand bottled, hand labeled and hand waxed. Hands on winemaking without interfering with a wines natural life. I love the tried and true winemaking methods, but also consider myself to be very progressive in the cellar.
I learned from the ground up, taking an internship at a local winery and Western Australia before returning home and jumping right back in. I knew early on that I wanted to create something myself.
I wanted something different to represent my wines, something against the grain. Press Gang Cellars is all about working hard and having fun while doing what I love.
My wife Savanna and I have worked hard to start this label and can't wait to share.
